The worst customer service ever!!! I specifically told the salesman, Pete, that i need the refrigerator delivered in the basement and the the old one taken out. He said it will cost $65!!! Which i paid. When the delivery truck arrived the guy (who was very rude from the start) said that they are short handed and he is not going to take out the old refrigerator alone and that his back hurts. Why would you send a 1 person with a back problem to deliver a refrigerator??? I asked what am i suppose to do with it , and he said that it's not his problem and he doesn't care that i wasted my time and money waiting for him. Then i suggested that they return at least part of my money that i paid for delivery and he said he is not going to do that either. I called the company and while i was talking to the manager the driver just drove away. The manager said that Pete, who sold me the refrigerator will call me back to issue a refund. I waited for 1.5 hours, then started calling him. He wouldn't pick up the phone. Then i called from a different number and he answered right away... He never apologized for any inconveniences and was very rude. He finally said he will issue a refund, but when i asked him to text me a picture of the receipt, he said that his phone is dead... What a horrible experience!!!

Update 7/17 The dryer has been replaced and it's safe to say it hasn't broke down. Just wish they would have send us a good working dryer from the beginning. Would definitely suggest getting the warranty. Dude so far so bad, haven't even had the dryer for 24 hours and the mother is already screaming like a banshee. The delivery was okay only problem is they kinda DEMAND hell they make sure you have a cash tip before they bring the appliance in. Paid $250 now a service call another 2 days without a dryer. I'm getting pretty upset to be honest. This review will stay up unless their technician Rich fixes this dryer. Update 2-21-17 So here we again back to the loud screeching! Of course the manager Pete is out and has been. I talked to Rust who seems to be pretty reasonable, as I expressed to him I just want a good dryer. I don't want to regret buying from them but I'm getting close. I asked Rust to just please think of me as his mom or sister, he ensured he'd pick out a new Dryer himself. I hope everything pans out. Otherwise no lie Fox News problem solvers will be involved.

I had a great experience the manager that was working was awesome and he helped us load it up, they offer a year warranty for everything, and they will work with you on prices. I will definitely be going back

Bought a washer and dryer from this place. The washer goes out a month later. No problem they gave me a repair or replace warranty. Two weeks later they finally tell me they can't find the replacement part to fix it but they have another machine the same as the broken one. Cool. Turns out the replacement one is at least ten years old, dirty and haphazardly put together. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on new ones. This place is a scam!

Bought a washer and I never had it delivered. So it never left the store. I went back 2 days later for a refund.... Was told all sales are final.... If the thing was even in my house for 1 day I would understand..... But it never was and they won't refund my money.... DO not buy anything from this place!!!!! The owner is a joke.... Better business bureau.... Yes I think so....
