Not sure what sales they are advertising -- despite signs of 30% or more off all I found was 0% financing deals.  Double check that receipt to make sure you get everything.  Also, if there are problems, double check they have been corrected both with the store's manager AND the financing company.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would! The sales people here just try to scam you and make sure you walk out buying their mattress. Me and my boyfriend went in to find a nice mattress that was soft, but not overly soft. And after laying on about 10 different mattresses, we decided on a iserta hybrid. We did not want a box frame and we were told it was included in the price at no extra charge and that is a lie because it is a $200 plus charge if you look at the prices online for this mattress. Our delivery date was set a week from when it was purchased and it arrived a day late and a 10 minute phone call prior. Our sales person said they would call the day before to set up a time and then again the day of delivery and as stated it was a 10 minute notice! After setting up the matress and sleeping on it for a night we both woke up with back pain! We tried going to the store and seeing the mattress we tried in store and it ABSOLUTELY in no way feels the same! We were told no refunds can be given and only and exchange can be done after "breaking" it in for 30 days! I work in retail sales and explain the policy to each and every customer before having them sign our receipts and our sales guy ONLY discussed the 1 year warranty exchange policy AND NOT ONCE MADE US AWARE OF THIS FINAL SALE! I have no problem with a final sale policy but i was not told about this and after getting home and looking over my receipt saw the small print of...No refund-all sales final. After poor customer service i do not want to exchange my mattress for another just to go through this same process with a different mattress. I would never recommend these people or this place to anyone and next time i purchase a mattress it will NOT be from any Mattress Direct stores!

Milfred is absolutely awesome!!!! She is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable.  The customer service I received was exceptional; I purchased  multiple items.  The general manager is also great!!!  I highly recommend this store and this associate !!!!
