Simone was great! Her manner, knowledge of product and organization. Have been to other mattress dealers and Simone is far superior in every way. Kudos to Simone! By the way, am enjoying my pillows until my mattress is delivered. These pillows are everything Simone said they would be. Oh yes, Simone's knowledge of how my neck works using pillows. My neck feels better after just one night on my new pillow! And...a pillow for between my knees is a 5 star result!

A friend recommended that I try this store in my search for a new mattress set. Though a bit intimidated because I had a strict budget, I followed her recommendation and I am extremely glad that I did. The personnel were extremely knowledgable and sensitive to my price range while at the same time presenting relevant facts and considerations needed when making such an important investment. I strongly recommend this store for your next mattress purchase as I felt that the personnel were more concerned with helping me make the best investment for my hard earned dollars.

Great location and store. Very good salesman, Wayne helped for a long time while we tried every bed. Got a great bed delivered fast without having to go to Kenner.

WARNING: Avoid buying from Wayne Johnson, the store owner/ manager. He seems courteous and professional until he makes the sale. Then if there are problems-- I ordered 2 futon covers, gave him the benefit of the doubt after the first botched order---he is not only unhelpful but downright rude. I have never had such poor customer service in all my life. When I called him to complain he actually hung up on me.
