Best mattress store in the area by far!!
I have had a nightmare with finding the right mattress for me. Had been to other stores where I lost a lot of money needing to exchange a mattress. Experienced lots of annoying high pressure sales people. When I finally walked into the Tonawanda Mattress Firm it was like a breath of fresh air! No high pressure sales, but the sales people are helpful and knowledgeable and will give you honest advice on what they think will work for you. Prices are very good too. The first mattress I purchased was very comfortable, but ended up sleeping too hot for me so I decided I needed to exchange it. I was worried I would get a hassle, but not at all! They even waived the delivery fee, and now I finally am sleeping happy on a VERY comfortable (and cool) mattress!

I am moving to an unfurnished apartment and needed the most important part: a bed. I called the store directly after seeing their online sale and was lucky enough to work with Laura. Not only was she patient with my ever-changing schedule of 'which apartment complex was I moving in to' and 'I don't even know an exact day yet', she was able to find me an incredible deal on a really, really nice set. With funds going in to a new apartment and the whole moving fiasco, it was so appreciated! I look forward to a few paychecks from now when I can purchase another set for the guest bedroom. The entire experience has been pleasant and Laura was knowledgeable, happy, and genuinely seemed to love helping. If she is any indication of the store as a whole, you simply can't go wrong. Highly recommended!

This location is a larger store than it appears from the outside.  While there is not a large warehouse of mattresses and bed parts, the options there are very well laid out and organized.  Mattresses are color coded by type, and specialty mattresses have their own section.  The staff is very friendly and don't hover and follow you through the store unless you want them to.  There is a good range of products for different budgets, and prices seem to be very reasonable, too.
