Arrived at Mattress Firm and was greeted by Nolan, one of the sales associate. A very nice person who answered all my questions with professionalism, and not to pushy on his sales technique. I know the product that I wanted to buy and he showed me the mattress and bedspring that I needed. He threw in a mattress cover at a really discounted price, I liked that. He set up my delivery date for my purchase as well as taking away my old mattress and bed springs at no charge. The delivery went well and on time.

Nolan, the store manager, gave us very good information about mattresses, helped us find the perfect one for us, no sales pitch, answered all of our questions, AND a great personality! The bed is everything we hoped it would be. Thank you Nolan!

Purchased two beds this week with help from the Assistant Manager, Bob.  There was a very good selection and with the help from Bob we were able to choose the  right mattress. The process was very quick and easy and our mattresses were delivered within the week by a  professional yet friendly delivery team. Would definitely shop there again!

Very knowledgeable and helpful.  Great customer service  Michael (the salesperson) was not pushy and really helped us find the right mattress. 

One thing that might help you decide to buy from this company is they PRICE MATCH.  (even Internet prices)  So you really can get the best deal

I highly recommend this place.
