I've had trouble with mattresses in the past, due to the springs always popping up and poking me, so I figured I'd bite the bullet and get a memory foam. When I got to the store I was intimidated by the $1000+ pricetags for memory foams everywhere, as my previous purchases at other stores had been in the $300-400 range. Basically find the cheapest bed that felt decent and try to get the whole thing over and done with as quickly as possible. The employee who assisted me, Benjamin, was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the products, and overall great. I told him what my issue was and what I was looking for and he took the time to answer all of my questions and even explain and show me the different kind of springs and fillings. And although I got a spring mattress instead of a memory foam and spent more than my typical $300/$400 range, it was a very well informed purchase. It felt more like a long term investment instead of an annoying necessity to be done with as quickly as possible like with my previous purchases. I feel satisfied that I got a good product that matched my needs and was still within my price range. I would highly recommend this store to others. Will buy from again.

Benny, Benny, Benny....he was/is phenomenal! He stayed over an hour after closing time entertaining us with his good sense of humor! My husband and I hopped from bed, to bed, to bed - back to the other bed. He educated us on each one we touched, but he didn't bore us with the details. He gave us just enough info that if we wanted to hear more we had to ask a question. He didn't push a sale, he wasn't a "car salesman", he was genuine. We appreciate that type of sale. We couldn't get financed (dang new cars we just purchased) the first day we went into the store; however, we said we would return to the store. To be honest, we weren't sure when we could be back (in a day, a month, or a year), but we always speak the truth. We were able to return to the store in a few days. Honestly, if we had found the same exact set-up cheaper elsewhere, we would have still returned to Sleep Train. The service Benny provided is not common, and we appreciate his attitude/work ethics. Purchasing the bed from Benny (Sleep Train) would have been a better purchase than trying to save a little money. Benny continued to show us kindness and perfect customer service. We are returning customers to the store, but I must say, Benny is the reason we will return again! Thank you, sir, and thank you Sleep Train!

My partner and I needed a new mattress with more support, and we came to the local outlet to us. The representative that we met with was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made picking out our perfect mattress a dream instead of an ordeal. After a week of having our mattress, we love it more and more each day.

I wanted a bed three weeks ago. Still getting the story the frame is on back order maybe in two weeks. Cancelling my purchase and going with a different company. Employees were great they said it was a corporate problem.
