If you're in the market for a new mattress I recommend going to Mattress Firm. Annette was my salesperson and even though she was relatively new, she was great. This was my first memory foam mattress so I really needed some guidance, and I got it here. As a matter of fact, after a few weeks I wasn't completely sure I got the right mattress. Annette suggested I come to the Clearance location down the street on a Saturday so she could work with me along with the location manager of that store Meg, who has more experience. It was great! Meg is like the Yoda of finding the right mattress for people and Annette is like her Padawan. They even shared their pizza with me! Win Win! In the end, we realized that the mattress I first purchased was good but we found one that was even better. I couldn't lay on the thing without getting drowsy in seconds, so we think we got it right this time. Very friendly, willing to teach and learn from each other, and really want to please their customers. Go!

I was really impressed with the process of 'fitting' the mattress and pillow. I had no idea there was decision points beyond, "This feels okay". The color coding system, where you decide soft, medium or firm, simplifies the process immensely. Meg was knowledgable, polite, and friendly. She clearly knows her stuff. We only lay on 5 mattresses before we found the perfect one because she took the feedback on the ones before and narrowed it down. I cannot recommend this store and salesperson more highly!

No customer service. Got a bed with 12" legs. It is not the bed I thought I purchased. When I went back to the store they did not help me. Now I have a bed I didn't want. They just want to make the sale...after that you are nobody. I will never shop there again.

Just bought a bed for our daughter here. Can't wait to have her start sleeping in it. Service was top notch with dedicated focus and a strong determination to get us the best fit in our budget. If you get Meg tell her Philip sent you.
