Amber Hill was very knowledgeable about finding the right mattress for us! She took the time to walk us around the store and make sure we were confident in our decision! No pressure, just very helpful!

Great customer service and experience with delivery. Store manager, Jared, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me in choosing the perfect mattress. He helped me with an exchange and understood my needs as well as price range, which made the experience much easier than I thought it would be. Delivery was on time and efficient. Overall, great experience.

Really a painful experience. Was quoted $80 for a king box spring on the phone. Got there 10 minutes later and it's now $97.00. Turns out when you ask for a "King box spring" you have to ask for both halves, as he pulls out only half. So I agree to pay the extra $60.00 for the second half of the king box spring. 10 minutes later and many huffs and puffs at the computer for the "software that is the bane of his exitance" not only can the guy not charge my card for the other charge, he can't refund my money either.
