Went in to check out their 179.99 queen size matt....not what I hoped for. Ashlee, the manager, taught me so much about all the different kind of beds out there. She was incredible. She told me about a great financing and no credit needed policy.  She gave us space and didn't make us feel uncomfortable.  My soon to be wife and I ended up spending over 2000 after coming in to spend 200. After shopping around, we felt most comfortable with Ashlee and feel she helped us pick the best bed for us. Also got new pillows that are the best!  Go see Ashlee in Feasterville...u won't need to shop around!

What a great experience. Was dreading this. My husband sent me in to do the ground work and Ashley helped me through the process, never being pushy. Told her I would bring my husband back later. We came back that night looking for a king and queen. We ended up walking out w a king and 2 queens, and not the king I originally wanted. Got a much better quality beautyrest and 2 I think Hampton and roads for less than the price of the beautyrest. Ashley was great in helping us financially and even called her boss to see if we could meet the price we were looking to spend. Even got me a discount on pillows we liked. She was an excellent help. 10 stars!

My mom and I came in a little while back looking to replace her Sleep Number bed for a regular mattress.  My mom's not a big fan of having to going out to do things that involve haggling with salespeople or dealing with pressure sales situations and had been dreading the prospect of buying a new mattress, but Ashlee made the process so easy and pain free.  There was no pressure or rush to buy anything, she spent a considerable amount of time finding out exactly what my mom was looking for in terms of comfort, and was extremely knowledgeable about the various mattresses she looked at.  Ashlee was extremely personable and made the entire purchasing process smooth as butter.  I don't think my mom was expecting to make a purchase that same night, but she settled on a mattress after much deliberation and is still raving about how happy she is to finally be rid of the Sleep Number bed!

Sales manger Gary has a  rare  combination of high professionalism, human decency, compassionate customer service and ethics. No words can describe my experience with him. The minute you walk in the door, you're taken care of. Regardless how much you spend, he will make you feel special and he will go above and beyond to address your needs. This is my first review ever of sales professionals. I generally didn't think very high of people who're making living from sales. Gary completely changed my experience, and I can assure that you're in good caring hands with him.

Ashlee and Gary were a great team. Very informative and honest. They spent a lot of time with us, moving mattresses and changing pillows to make sure we got the best experience in choosing our new mattress.
