I visited the store today and to my amazement was treated with the best customer service I've ever had. The store manager was very helpful and informative. I will purchase here again and again as long as they are in business.

I was advised on 12/26/16, when I purchased the mattress that it would be delivered on 12/30/16. The salesman Brice checked inventory and that was the date given. I call on the store on 12/30/16 to check on delivery and I was advised by Kevin he didn't see anything to be delivered and that an email was sent on 12/29/16 and I should've have been contacted. In there defense if someone did try and contact me which he says no one did, I changed my number but I had my husband's number listed as backup and no one called him. After all that what back up numbers are for. So pretty much he ends up telling me that I can't get my mattress until 1/5/17. Of course I was upset and wanted my mattress that day being that I took of work and got rid of my other bed since I was expecting my new one. This was a huge inconvenience for us. Then to top it off I called on Monday to follow up and the delivery has changed again to 1/6/17. Brice was very nice and professional and so was Kevin I just hate that as of today I still don't have a mattress that I purchased before Christmas, but they advertise same day delivery. I mean what do we get for this inconvenience?

I was in the store and the experience was so pleasant! It was easy to pick a mattress and Staci even helped out with selecting other things such as mattress pad and frame.  Will go here again for my nephew soon. BIG WIN also on the lego table kept the 3 year old entertained while we worked on the order.

This store just opened, and if you are looking for a new bed, go here.  This store is called "final markdown", and we bought a new mattresses, not one that was reconditioned following a customer return.  Moe was running the shop the day we were there.  He was pleasant, knowledgeable and great to work with.  We got a good discount and a very quick check out process.  Best of all, the mattress was delivered within the two hour window that was scheduled.  The drivers knocked on the door, and 10 minutes later the new bed was set up and ready for Holiday guests.  Highly recommended!
