WOW! That's all I can say about Mattress Firm! I wanted a quality bed, yet a great deal. This was the first store that actually ENCOURAGED me to look their competitors without bashing them! They have a 100-day price guarantee and will beat any other price by 10%! The sales associate, Jen, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have TOTAL peace of mind about my purchase because Mattress Firm has a 120-Night "Love Your Mattress" guarantee where I could exchange my set up to TWO times if I don't like it for only the cost of delivery! That is more than fair! I will definitely be recommending Mattress Firm on Rolling Meadows to all of my family and friends!

Mattress Firm was our first mattress store visit. Planned to shop around a little before purchasing. But Jen made the shopping experience so easy and comfortable. We tried any bed we wanted, including pillows! She asked our preference and budget and never tried up selling. She was very knowledgeable in each mattress we looked at. We ended up purchasing that day! They are the lowest price and the Sleep Happy guarantee gives you 120 days to try it out or bring back for something else. Highly recommend visiting Jen for all your mattress needs!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Once I said what I was interested in, the saleswoman did not push anything too expensive on me and gave me all of the options I needed in my price range and style. I found the mattress I wanted within minutes of entering the store and could not be more happy!

Horrible, stay away. I would never recommend a mattress firm store to anyone. It may seem nice like your getting a good deal, but wait until you have to warranty something and you'll be out of a mattress for 2 months. We had bought a mattress with a 5 year warranty and a spring had dislodged in the side of the mattress (at 4 years) making it very saggy. After about a month we had received a letter in the mail stating that it could not be warrantied because we did not send a picture of the proof of purchase (even though we did). Not to mention there customer service is in Texas, so you cant just bring it in to get a new one. you have to wait and wait and wait. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever had...if you can even call it that. I will never shop at mattress firm again and I will make certain none of my family or friends make the same mistake that we did. Would definitely recommend a sleep number, which is what we purchased after this horrible horrible experience.

Recently purchased a new mattress set from the Fond Du Lac store. The Sales Associate Edward was very pleasant and helpful. At the time of the sale I found out shipping was not included but after stating that the other mattress place offered free delivery, they matched the competitors offer and I received free delivery. Slept on new mattress last night, very nice. Was pleased with the entire experience.
