I was so impressed with the service at the Mattress Firm at Patriots Place. I had just moved and needed a box spring ASAP. Eric was so helpful - even though he didn't have the box spring in stock, he called up the Plainville store and made sure we could pick it up on the same day (even though it was almost close time!). Eric was SO friendly and he really did save the day. Thank you Eric and Mattress Firm!!

Very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a new mattress soon and the manager Eric B. was extremely helpful and informative. I will be buying a mattress soon once I move.
