What you would consider a stereotypical and pushy sales person (Firas Al-Mofti).  Went in to buy a pillow and each one we tried it was "Ok, I'll ring this up for you now."  The associate doesn't care about how the pillow works for each individual, if it's supporting correctly, they just want the sell as quickly as they can.  They didn't even ask how you sleep (side, back, stomach) which would determine which pillows are best for you.

Went in there to buy two pillows and a new box spring but only bought one pillow because of the associate.  It's a good thing too because my wife tried the pillow out and after the first night said it wasn't comfortable.  After two more nights it's now sitting in the corner and they won't accept it as a return because it's a "personal item."  Bottom line their $100 pillows are not worth it unless you have someone other than Firas who actually takes the time to ask questions about if you sleep on your side, back, stomach, and tries to find the right pillow for you.  Even then I'd say go somewhere else.

Firas was very helpful and informative. He suggested beds based on my comfort and what position I sleep in which helped to narrow it down for me. I just am buying my bed now but so far am happy with the service I received and that things were explained well.
