NO ONE SHOULD VISIT THIS MATTRESS STORE. My boyfriend and I went into the Mattress store just looking today. Robert Schnepp walked around the store answering all our questions. He was nice and very helpful. The man sitting behind the computer was rude and stand off ish since we first walked into the store. We finally picked out a mattress. Robert start working to find us a good discount. I thought about it and it was a little more then I was willing to spend today seeing since we was only really looking today. It wasn’t until I informed them that I would like to go home talk about it with my boyfriend and possibly come back tomorrow. When both men became very rude. I felt like I was buying a used car. I finally felt pressured into purchasing the mattress. On our way home I told my boyfriend I was not comfortable with what happened and asked him to call and cancel our order. That is when rude guy behind the computer accused us of stealing a mattress protector we had bought with the mattress. That’s not very good business practice to pressure them and then accuse them of steal. I am grateful though that rude man behind the computer insisted I write a review on google.

So many mattresses! It was a good experience. Thanks for being Friday and nice we should bring Grandma over. Hey mattresses smells like old cat farts.

Great prices , sales people where okay. The customer service from the two delivery guys was great. Fast, clean, and polite. We bought the tulo in a meduim with adjustable base. Best $800 I ever spent. Had Mattress for a month now and its still comfortable. I'm 265lbs. My weight has caused a few past mattresses to sag after a few weeks. This one still going strong after a month. Hopefully it keeps its shape.
