I was shocked at how disrespectful the sales person was to me. Felt like he was yelling at me and telling me how I should feel about the mattress and I didn't know what I was talking about. You can take your mattress and your business and I'll be happy to go elsewhere!

Excellent customer service and a wide selection. The associate (Philippe) seemed very knowledgeable and professional. There were a few unexpected fees but overall it was as good an experience as we could hope for.

We had a great experience at the mattress firm store in la mesa yesterday.  Philippe Dasnabedian greeted us when we walked in and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly.  We got our mattress delivered less than 24 hours later! I couldnt be happier!  Thanks for making this process an enjoyable one from start to finish.
