Ken was very knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to find out about us, to be able to match us with the perfect mattress. We are excited to have delivery! And start sleeping better!! I would recommend seeing Ken at Mattress firm if you are in the market for a new bed!

My husband and I stopped here first to look at mattresses. We thought shopping would be an all day process, but Ken was fantastic. He asked questions to help determine what we needed, but wasn't pushy. We ended up purchasing the first mattress we tried and are so happy with our purchase.

We had our minds set on a mattress before we walked in the door. Chase and Ken were great. We got our mattress and a free adjustable frame (Presidents Day sale) all within our budget. The gentlemen were fantastic. Service was quick!

The salesperson Ken was awesome found the bed we wanted without hassel. Deliveryman were awesome as well very professional, courteous and made sure everything was in place the way I wanted it before they left. The only downside to the whole experience was the financing, I ended up paying cash even though I wanted a monthly payment to boost my credit. The credit card financing people are rude and incompetent.

This review is strictly for the service we received in store. We purchased a $1300 bed today and we did not care for the manager at all. I realize they are paid on commission and feel like they need to try to sell every little thing the store offers but this guy couldn’t even let me get a full sentence out without interrupting. He also didn’t let us know that the fee for delivery we were charged would be more because we were getting next day delivery, which fine, convenience, I get it but it would’ve been nice to know! The only reason we went through with the purchase is because we loved the mattress and desperately needed a new one. We will never return to this location. We will drive to Janesville or Madison to avoid working with this guy again.
