Buying a mattress at this store was a totally positive experience. The manager, Susan, was patient, efficient, and probably the deciding factor in my purchasing my mattress there. I was able to try out many mattresses numerous times without any pressure to buy. The selection was great and their return/exchange policy is the best around. I say this after checking out several other mattress stores. The price I negotiated for my mattress was very fair. The scheduled delivery was very prompt; I could have had delivery the same day as my purchase. I am completely happy with my experience shopping at Mattress Firm in North Brunswick.

Really great experience.  Hany stayed an hour past closing to help us finalize our purchase.  Never any pressure to buy a certain model or price range.  Was able to deliver within just a couple days to another state.

Great customer service. The sales rep, Chris understood our requirements and gave us all the help needed to select the right mattress that also didn't drill a hole in our pocket. Got a pretty good deal plus a 0% finance was an added bonus!

Today I have a great experience at mattress firm. I was only going to browse for a new mattress set, when I was greeted by Susan who was actually an great sales woman. I was given the option of trying out different mattress. Finally came across an mattress set that fulfilled my needs I was aproved for buying a new set. A little pricey but worth it. Delivery is set up for today. I would recommend this store in north brunswick to anyone who looking to buy a mattress. Last but not least Susan our sales woman GREAT JOB!
