I had a PERFECT experience buying a mattress here. I came in with a decent understanding of what kind of mattress I like, but a bit overwhelmed by the options. I also wanted to invest in a quality mattress that would last me a long time, but have a fairly limited budget. Megan was amazing – she was extremely knowledgable about the advantages and disadvantages of each product, and went above and beyond to find the perfect mattress for my needs all while staying within an accessible price range. She worked hard to get me the best deal possible and I walked away confident in my purchase and delighted with my experience. And with free delivery (even on short notice) and a flexible return/exchange policy, this company clearly works hard to impress customers and make sure everyone ends up satisfied. Mattress firm went far beyond my expectations and I would never buy a mattress anywhere else!

We have made purchases at this location before. Every time we come in we are genuinely greeted by Winston and Peter. We purchased a beautiful king size mattress as an upgrade and Winston made the whole experience carefree and easy. We had a little issue with the delivery of the king mattress but Winston made sure that everything got straightened out. We needed a bed for our daughter so we decided to visit the North Haven location. Peter helped us make a great decision for our daughter's first bed. We are so glad we decided to go back and see our friends at this location. If you need a bed, go see Winston and Peter. They are the best!
