My husband and I went shopping for mattress at mattress at the Ocean Township store. I’ve been experiencing back problems and realized our mattress was over 10 years old. When we entered the shop, Diane approached us in such a friendly manner which made us very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable of your product and answered all our questions. She was very helpful with some issues when the product was delivered and now our mattress is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. My back problem has improved immensely and we thank Diane for her help and I know if there’s ever a problem we can rely on her. Thanks Diane!!
We had an amazing experience with Diane, the store manager. We went in with the expectation of browsing and possibly making a purchase; after an hour and a half we spent over $6000 and didn’t even think twice about it because we were so happy with our time in the store. Diane was very well-versed in the product knowledge of every style mattress we tested out. She ensured us we could take as much time as we needed, gave hs helpful information and even included her personal testimonial of product she owns herself. As a store manager of a retail store myself, I am over the moon with the attention we received for her and could not be more pleased with the overall experience.
Easy, ordering on the phone with Teresa. I paid on my phone. The entire sale and delivery setup took about 15 minutes. I would recommend Mattress Firm to everyone. Thank you. Teresa was great!!!

It was easy, informative, and an overall pleasant experience ! We had the good fortune of having Kyle assisting us! Very kind, funny, patient, and knowledgeable… There was no high pressure selling and we got just the mattress we wanted at our price point… I’m sure the other sales reps are great…but… I say, if you need a mattress, go there and ask for Kyle! You’ll likely leave happy!
What made it a good experience was the personality of Diane. We laughed and laughed as I paid thousands of dollars! Seriously she is a pleasure to ha e mwt and work with. The cost was not to bad. Hoping this.new.mattress is the fix I need.
We needed a new mattress and your sales person, Dante, was so helpful. He looked up our last purchase, which we were very happy with. He showed us a comparable mattress, we sized it up and tried it out. All good! And the best is that it is being delivered tomorrow! All in all a top ten experience!

I purchased a wonderful mattress today at Mattress Firm Seaview Square. I have been dealing with alot of body aches with Hope's that it improves my condition. It was sold to me by a great and friendly manager Diane Irizarry who gave me and my husband a good introduction to the different types of mattresses types and their best qualities. I left being a satisfied customer.
A stress free experience from start to finish! Diane is an amazing salesperson and made sure all our questions and concerns were answered! Would definitely recommend!
