Thank you Dave!!! Me and my family came into Mattress Firm in Pleasant Prairie in September to buy a mattress set for our son. Dave gave us excellent service. He was very patient, explained the differences in the mattresses and he was extremely personable. We walked out with a great mattress set at a great deal. We were so happy with the service we received that less than a month later, we were back to see our good friend Dave. We walked out once again with a great mattress set and a fantastic deal. We wish all Salespersons in every consumer industry gave such amazing service to customers. There was never any pressure to purchase and Dave took his time. Thanks and Bless you Dave!

Honestly, if I could give Dave and Sam 10 stars I would. I came in with my fiancé to buy pillows. First thing I loved was they Dave took time to ask about sleep patterns and habits. With just a few short questions he helped me find a pillow I was IN LOVE WITH. We then talked about needing a new bed. Once again they jumped right in to ask a ton of question to help us narrow down. Although we did not buy the bed today, we know for sure that within the next few weeks we will be coming back to purchase at this location. Dave and Sam have an amazing chemistry that seriously kept us laughing and engaged. I think we were in there for at least and hour and did not mind at all. I am excited to go back and try out a few more mattresses. I am hoping Dave and Sam are still there so we can hang out :) Brittney J

Best experience from the moment I walked inside. Both Dave and Sam were AMAZING!! They kept us laughing and asked very important question to help us find the right bed and pillow. Definitely going back!

I highly recommend this place! They have excellent customer service and David was a pleasure to do business with. After we purchased a mattress, we decided to go with a different one and David made the change painless. We also had to modify the delivery date and they were very accommodating!

Great experience! Dave and Sam we're very helpful. Best sales people I've ever encountered. Had a great sense of humor. I'll definetly buy from them in the future.
