If you ever want to receive your mattress, DO NOT purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm. This is my second debacle with Mattress Firm over the past (2) months. Shame on me to be fooled a second time...... Delivery dates are not kept, the staff cannot give you specific delivery dates/times (when they miss your 1st one) and there is no sense of recovery, people don't call you back and you will be happy to pay double what you would have there ($12k at Sleep Number) than to ever have to deal with the lack of customer service, lack of recovery and frankly lack of regard by these people.

Daniel was really great and helped not only myself but my father find a bed. I am very happy with the service. The bed I am still on the borderline with right now. It isn't as soft as the demo bed and I may be going in to swap it out.

Wonderful service. Floor manager showed us a variety of different beds, let us do our thing and checked in frequently to see what we preferred then narrowed us down to a couple specific beds. We asked for the prices and measurements for the beds we liked the most and had them emailed to us for further research. Great experience all around.

It's not so much the product - because all the products at Sleep Train are quality, but rather the staff. They were all so accommodating, willing to listen, and understood our needs. They were extremely concerned with our exact needs and I really have never had a salesperson that invested.
