On Saturday I was looking for a new adjustable king size bed. I stopped by Mattress Firm and ended up buying one from Chris Benoit because he answered every question I asked and made the buying experience a pleasure. Also the bed was delivered the very next day on time. My wife and I had a very good night sleep thanks to Chris. I would recommend this store to anyone needing bedding. Thanks Don

We decided to buy a mattresses specifically from this location because a friend referred us. We hated being there so close to closing time because we might not have enough time to get all of our questions answered. The sales manager appeared to be fine with it and assured us that we could take our time. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question no matter how much we went back and forth choosing from the fantastic selection of mattresses before us. I liked the friendly, helpful demeanor and there was no pushy-ness towards any particular products. He was very patient with us and our two children and when it came to financing, he was very apparent about the cost and even ignored calls from his personal phone to give us his full attention. We couldn't have been happier with our experience while in the store. The delivery came two days later. The delivery crew of two showed up 20 minutes late after receiving a phone call (40 min earlier) telling me they would arrive in 20 minutes. The crew appeared disheveled and I noticed one was wearing his booties from a previous job, which I saw as they exited the truck. The other put on new ones at the door prior to entering. The delivery took about 15 minutes and they asked for bottled water and had me sign for the delivery. It felt like they were stalling for us to find them tip money. No tip was given.

My daughter bought a mattress from this store in Bradenton ,FL, for her home on LONGBOAT KEY,FL and was very pleased. So when I wanted a new mattress WHILE IN NEW JERSEY I called and talked with CHRIS BENOIT. As I ask for information for NJ, CHRIS SAID ".I can help you and place the order for you, and have it delivered to you home in NJ ", well the man delivered. He was quick ,knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. In a flash-my order was placed, the price was very good and my new mattress was on it way .. I LOVE U GUYS. JOHN MAIER, NEW JERSEY.
