My daughter purchased her first mattress at Mattress Firm last week. The whole process was great. Jenna, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable about all the mattress types and my daughter ended up with a great mattress that was in her budget. The delivery process was also great. The delivery was scheduled for a time that worked for us, in a city that was hundreds of miles away. Setup took ten minutes. I highly recommend working with Jenna at this location.

My wife and I had been to a few other stores looking for mattresses for our daughter and they didn't bother to take the time to explain the differences between mattresses like they did at Mattress Firm. It is obvious these associates here are given training. Jenna took the time to make sure the bed we selected was the best one for our daughter. We are very happy with our experience here.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly,  would highly recommend. Great prices and I checked many places before buying.

I shopped this store on Labor Day.  I got personal service and a good deal.  I purchased a queen mattress, box spring, and two of what just might be the most comfortable pillows in the world.  I'll go back next time I need a bed for my house.
