Our daughter who moved into her own apartment in Sacramento to attend school there needed a bed for her place. We decided on surprising her by getting her a bed. We met and spoke with Vince who was very accommodating in assisting us in picking out the right bed that would suit our daughter and because “labor day” was coming up, had some markdowns available. In the end we were satisfied and informed our daughter of the purchase. The following day, the bed was delivered or at least we thought… Our daughter called us and complained that the mattress had stains on it and the delivery person, Marcus also informed her, “that in his opinion,” he wouldn’t take delivery of the bed because of the condition of the mattress. Marcus asked to speak with me and conveyed that he noticed the problem at their warehouse but was told to deliver the mattress anyway? Marcus said that he took pictures himself of the problem(s) and would send them into the company himself. “I applaud this fine gentleman for speaking out on our behalf!” As soon as the store opened today, we met and spoke with John and asked if Vince was in today, which he stated that he would be in later today. We conveyed our concerns and the problems to John and he said he would call the store to get the matter resolved A couple hours later we returned to the store and Vince was at the store. After retelling our story to Vince, he said that considering what had occurred he, “he would make things right,” by replacing the mattress with a new one, much to our relief. We conveyed what had transpired to our daughter who was more than satisfied with the outcome. I want to foremost, express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to “Marcus” for his sincerity and honesty and his, “taking care of his customers attitude!” I also want to thank Vince for taking care of us and assuring us that we were taken care of. Because of this, I would recommend this store and their products, knowing that if the customers weren’t satisfied or had an issue, the employees went out of their way to make things right.

Had a wonderful experience in the store. The Manager, John, was very patient and explained everything. I ended up spending a little more than I wanted to originally, but it was so worth it. I have been sleeping on the bed for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Thank you John I would recommend your store to anyone!

The in-store help was great, the delivery service is terrible. They only put you in an all day window and by the time they give you a two hour window it's too late and you have to choose another day and only hope that day's delivery window is more convenient

New manager dum. I baught a 3800 dollar mattress cpl years ago i paid less than 1500 for it due to negoation. Said they got rid of same unit due to problems repairs returns and warranty. But has a new product line compariable thats more expensive. Long story short now says oh we cant give discounts on these special mattress even though they buy from the manufacture. Wow the must think customers are stupid its sales n cant get a discount. Dont be dum this guy claims to be sales person store manager and regional manager. Hahah last time i had salesman call manager for that discount but he refuses. Bs dont buy here they are liars
