Based off customer service etiquette Ann could use a class or two! Came off as rude and seems she didn't want to be there...your job is to SELL any product if you dnt like your job Quit

I chose to use their service when they were Sleepy's and now that they're Mattress Firm, they're even better. They have the best quality beds at the lowest prices bar none. Plus, their policies are light years ahead of everyone else.

I bought a memory foam queen mattress from mattress firm's product line. The service was excellent and Ive been sleeping great. I also used their delivery service and had my bed delivered in 2 days. I recommend.

Richard Adams was extremely helpful to my mother and I.   I came in looking for a firm bed and he gave us a great price and was very nice.  If you come here ask for him!
