TRUCK DRIVER IS DRIVING A TRUCK!!!!

We purchased the mattress ystrday after being promised in written that we could pick it up from the warehouse today...After bringing the rental pick up truck today at the warehouse , and after aImost the wait of 45mins,I'm being told that I can only get the mattress only after 4 days..
I feel cheated!!!.I wasted my money on the rental truck and the hassle of coming along with the kid in this hot afternoon and have been coordinating like crazily on the phone between the warehouse ppl and the store from where I bought the mattress from..
