Stopped into Mattress Firm to look for a mattress for my college room. We were immediately greeted by Willie, who asked us what we were looking for and didn't stop helping us until we found a bed that fit at a good price. It doesn't seem like much, but it is refreshing to go shopping and have everything taken care of so easily especially with someone so personable. We'll be back next time we need a mattress!

Make sure you are working with Richie. He is the best. My wife and I had to exchange mattresses shortly after a we purchased them at Mattress Firm because we preferred a firmer mattress. Richie helped us choose the right mattress style. He had our mattresses replaced in no time. Richie did not try to sell us expensive mattresses, but he rather listened to us and guided us through the shopping process. Buying a mattress is not easy. That's why you need to rely on competent, helpful sales people such as Richie. Congratulations Mattress Firm to this awesome sales rep. Keep up the excellent work Richie- we'll be back for sure. Oh- one more thing- he knows a lot about soccer too.
