After purchasing our previous mattress from Mattress USA, we  noticed some issues.  We weren't sleeping well and were waking up with a sore back.  After contacting Mona Lisa she immediately sent out someone to look at it.  They saw our concerns and we were then contacted and told to come by and pick out a replacement.  Dan helped us pick out a new mattress and we even purchased some new pillows.  He and Mona Lisa are very knowledgeable and listen to what you want and then narrows it down to which will be the best for you.  We are VERY pleased with our replacement mattress and have been sleeping wonderfully!  You won't be disappointed if you decide to go shop with them. And it is nice to shop local!

Husband & I did not know what type of mattress we wanted and the sales consultant and owner Mr. Dan were amazing and took time with us and did not rush us even when they were closing.  They answered all of our questions and they were absolutely the best price around. You can tell they are there for their customers and families.  Would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for new mattresses!

I walked in not  knowing what kind of mattress I wanted. I was offered the option of trying any mattress. I was told the price up front. There was no pressure to buy. The staff was exceptional. Delivery was set up and my mattress was delivered and set up in the designated time frame. I would highly recommend this business if one is in the market for a mattress.

Dan & Ronda (owners) were extremely welcoming and pleasant. Very helpful and honest. Mona Lisa (finance mgr) was also very helpful, honest, and knowledgable. We purchased a new Tempurpedic mattress with all the "trimmings". They have us a discount on some accessories and it helped us out tremendously. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They will be our first choice the next time we need anything by way of bedding and accesories. If you are in the market for a new mattress- it's tax refund season yall- MATTRESS USA is the only stop you need to make. Clean place and treat you like family! Thank you Dan, Ronda, and Mona Lisa!!!!

We had been referred to Mattress USA in Dothan, AL by some friends. We had been looking into a new mattress system for a few years. We got several referrals on Face Book too. Our experience was extremely good. The people knew about their products. They never pressured us and gave us plenty of time to try out several mattresses and pillows. The atmosphere was comfortable and most pleasant. The price was right! The delivery experience was great too. Thank you for helping us and we are enjoying our new mattress system.
