Wow...I walked into this store knowing that I needed a full mattress for our spare bedroom. Needed something comfortable, but not too expensive. After looking through several different stores, I was confused, stressed, and tired. Then I walked into Mattress USA. Mona Lisa greeted me and I explained my situation. She actually helped me narrow down my options AND the price was reasonable. I got a really good deal, esp. after she talked to Jimmy Moore. The bed is comfortable and we are thrilled! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and affordable prices. Ask for Jimmy Moore and he’ll treat you right ! Was the was easiest and least stressful mattress shopping ever! Went in wanting an adjustable bed, but knew very little about them. Jimmy and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and put no pressure on us to buy.

Very helpful and friendly sales staff, didn't upsell us for no reason and gave us plenty of space to try lying down on the floor models.Thanks a bunch! Been sleeping great :)

Extremely friendly and helpful! Dan and Ronda went above and beyond for us and we weren't even there to buy . . . yet!  We were needing assistance on a warranty claim and they were more than helpful on a problem that wasn't theirs.  Even have a kids corner full of toys and treated our daughter like their own.  Will definitely be back!

I had a great experience purchasing my guestroom bed from Ronda.  Thank you for making my birthday wonderful and being able to deliver my bed before the Thanksgiving guests arrived.  You all are awesome and the delivery guys were great!
