The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They are not on commission which is really nice because I felt free to ask questions to any of the staff.
It is not a high pressure sales environment ,they worked with us get what we were looking for.

Very nice furniture and prices. Mike is an excellent manager and not pushy at all. Great experience.

Total incompetence!! My experience was just unacceptable. You purchase a item, they tell you when it will be delivered and you wait and wait and wait. Then they change the delivery date on you not once but twice or cannot get the item you purchased. Go  some where else and save yourself the headache of dealing with this organization
