Horrible attitudes from some curly headed guy who claimed he was the owner, yet kept arguing with me like a child with a smurck on his face and this shorter nasty, glaring woman who kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and hardware needs. What unprofessionalism from these too. The rest of the staff seemed competent. Never going back, nor should you.

Handed me a piece of paper to write down what I liked. When I went to order it they used the number I wrote down and never double checked it!  Wrong product comes,  fortunate they let me return it,  but was charged a restocking fee and shipping on the correct product. No ownership on not ordering things correctly... it has taken over a month to get the correct product, and I'm out $100!

I have a boutique cabinet shop called Mod Eugene. I use Maverick exclusively for all the hardware for my projects. There guys (and gal) are top level experts in their field. Prices are as low as you'd find anywhere. Excellent communication.

We run a successful cabinet painting and cabinet makeover service in Eugene, Oregon.Maverick Hardware is my one stop source for all my cabinet hardware needs.Not only are they very knowledgeable but super helpful on configuring hinges and spacing.  They have saved me lots of time and aggravation over the last several years by getting me the proper parts the first time.

No return policy!? Really? The guy at the counter put extra hardware in my order by accident and charged me for it. I didn't find out until I was home. Called and told them they charged me extra for parts I didn't order. Their response, "too bad, you should have checked when you were here, no refunds". What a joke. If you buy something there, dump the bag out on the counter, even if its 4 dozen cabinet hinges, and count them.
