Inexpensive lodging. Had a low expectation but it was better. In fact the rooms (we got 2) were pretty clean. Not the greatest decor but that's passable if you compare the rate. Breakfast options are not too many - that's why 4 stars. Otherwise it's a good place for an overnight stay.

It's a good place to stay for a night, reasonable price, comfortable best and clean over all. but it's on the cheaper end here in K-falls. If you'll be here a few, maybe nights consider another location

I made a mistake when I originally reserved my room so I called and asked if I could change it. They were very accomodating. The hotel is downtown and next to many stores and a few food places. When I checked in they were very friendly and I didn't have any problems. The room was great and had everything I needed. I definitely recommend this hotel!

There were spiders and bugs all over the room. There was a hair wad in the shower curtain and the tub was dirty. The "free" breakfast is basically cheep generic of generic. Only reason it gets two stars is that it's located next to a super cool brewey called kalamath basin brewing company! So you can walk next door get the best food and some super great beer 🍻 get drunk enough to sleep in the bed of the dirty spider ridden hotel.

The breakfast yogurt was good, but the rooms smelled like smoke and there were thousands of mosquitoes outside the door. I had purchased our rooms through groupon, and I had to fight for what I reserved and they kept trying to charge me more.
