I watched a guy steal 4 bags of ice, reported it to the apathetic cashier, and she just said "he paid for them"... He never went in the store, so unless you can pre-pay and pick it up without checking in, she just didn't care enough to do anything about it. If the owner wants to contact me, I have the make, model, color, and license plate.
