What a great place! They'll beat any price quote you bring whether advertised somewhere in a paper, online, whatever. Can't pass that up! And the service is always friendly and smart.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my snow tires put on. The man on the line said that I had a 9am appointment. I dropped off my car at 8:50, came back at 11:30 after working out and they hadn't even brought my car in yet. They were not apologetic, rather they claim their appointments are done by a call center in NYC and that they get 10 appointments for each time. That seems like a horrible system. I'll be going somewhere else next year, where I can rely on good service and customer service.

NOT helpful in the least. Rude service people. Can't remember to offer extended warranty, can't be bothered to help and even had the gall to say snow tires are hard to order in January. In NY. /eyeroll Done with this company.
