I have much love for this Mavis location.  I went here to have my tires replaced after another mavis location put the wrong tires on. The employees were understanding and welcoming, and they took care of all the phone calls and technicalities regarding my situation. They were able to get me in and out on the same day, in less than an hour. They showed me the tires before they installed them so I could see where they were made and they even physically showed me a part that was broken on my car (rear brake spring) rather than saying I need this this and that repaired. I will definitely recommend this store to a friend

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. They are very honest and professional which is all I look for when I am looking to find a mechanic.  5 STAR wouldn't do John the justice.

Excellent service from John, Max, and staff. Came to get my oil changed but was notified of my low battery and worn rear breaks both of which I was already aware of. Ya gotta love honest service 👌

They do offer oil change if you bring your own oil. Three charge is reasonable (I might say low in NJ). However, they overfilled my engine oil and I had to pay a second visit to damp some.

Dishonest people or whoever tried to rip me off. It may also be their store policy TO RIP PEOPLE OFF! Went there to have my tire fixed for the first time. A guy comes up to me afterwards with a long list of problems. Unbeknownst to them, I just had my car undergo an extensive scheduled maintenance at the dealership a month before which pretty much covered most of the “problems” the mavis guy was telling my car has. Needless to say I turned down their offer with repairs which would cost me a thousand dollars at least. These a$$h*les think most of their customers are idiots! 
Now I feared they might have done something to my car ( a lot of car repair shops do that and there’s a special place in hell for dishonest people like them) because I started to hear some noise coming from under the hood right after I left their shop so I brought it back to my dealership and had my car inspected again. Thankfully they fixed it asap and FREE OF CHARGE! (problem was NOT one of the problems mentioned by the Mavis guy. My car was sabotaged)
