I wish i could give them 0 stars! Do not go to this Mavis, I have been a customer of the Farmingdale and Copiague locations for years they are fine. This is a new location, not only are they incompetent mechanics they are thieves. I brought my car in for brakes - 4 days later when they finally called me (and said they had been leaving messages at the wrong #) I was told my car wouldn't start and it was "probably the starter" but they could not be 100% sure as they don't have the proper diagnostics tools at this location. I paid for the brakes in full and while waiting for a tow truck to pick up my car was then told they did not finish the brake job, they claimed they could not because the car was not running. I had the car fixed elsewhere, brought it back for them to finish the brake job that i paid for and was told it needed additional work for the brakes to function. I am disputing the charges and will never go to this location again for any reason.

Highly recommend. Manager Carl is a true professional who will work hard alongside his employees.  This MDT store is a class operation.

I use to manage a sears auto center. The quality of service at county far surpasses that of anything I saw at sears. They were cheaper and had 2 tires mounted in under 10 minutes.  Definitely try them first!
