I've already called and expressed my frustrations with the Mavis service team. And they haven't gave me a call back since November(its March 31st now). I was excited to come in to the new tire shop down the road from my home to buy snow tires on my vehicle that came with summer tires. I called to order the tires and I bought the better preforming tires in this list they had. I come in the next day to have them installed rotated and aligned(also bought the warranty) . My total perchance was $1200. After they started and told me a promise time of 2 hours, it took them 4 hours to get it done. I wasn't angry about the time even thought I was late for work, but when I drove the car to work I notice when I drove over small bumps that the tires would scrape in inside of my wheel well. If I drove up my drive way, it would scrape. I also notice my car would drive off to the right as though my alignment was off. And it was. I brought it back to the shop to see what they could do. And after aligning it after 4 tries, it still was off. Mind you my car was a new 2016 off the lot with no previous issues. I asked if I could exchange them and they told me to call a number, they don't do returns or exchanges. I called the number and was promised a call back multiple times to hear no solution to my issues. I'm out $1200 and frustrated beyond belief. Please stay away from this untrained unprofessional team. Give give service a bad name. As a local I was really hoping for the best out of a new business on the block. This was a disgrace.

I brought my car in for new tires. While there, they told me the back shocks were shot. Wasn't much of a surprise, as I've been meaning to get them replaced, so I said go ahead and change them. I think the guy who did it was in training. After I drove away, the back left shock had a horrific rattle and sounded like the car was snapping in half if I drove over anything but smooth road. I took it back within 5 minutes. He told me it must be a defective shock. I asked him to check the connections. He comes back 45 minutes later to say that the top connection is loose but he can't fix it right then - I have to bring the car back. I brought it back 2 days later and he fixed it. Then the back right shock started rattling, worse and worse. I drove over a pretty standard Locust Valley road and something must be broken. Sure enough, since the shock was not secured properly, the bump had caused the mounting bolt to shear off the chassis. Update: After receiving a response from corporate headquarters regarding my experience, I called them to help work out some kind of reimbursement. In the end, I took my car to Mavis 3 times, with no resolution of the problem. I took it to another shop (which I was more familiar with) where they had to do a full welding job on the chassis to fix what Mavis did. When I received a call from the regional manager, he was incredibly unhelpful, repeatedly asking why I wouldn't take the car back to Mavis a 4th time to fix the problem (did I really need to answer that?). He also suggested that I had waited too long to get in touch with them (as if that matters, when their work cost me $400 in additional repairs). When I told him the cost of the additional repairs, he acted like it was a ridiculous price. Do not trust their guarantee. If you value your time, avoid like the plague.

Damaged my car. Just like what others said, they completely denied it. Got no proof so can't do anything about it.
