I had a flat tire on the Highway yesterday and made it just In time to get to this location. I had class and made it just in time to do their amazing and fast customer service. The lady at the front with blue eyes was extremely helpful and friendly. The service men were super fast and sweet ! I am extremely pleased with the customer service. There are many tire shops near me but I will becoming back if I ever need. Highly recommend if you wanna go somewhere friendly, fast, and affordable and not feel like you're bothering someone haha! Thanks again for all your help :)!!

Heard some squeaking on my front brakes after I had just changed the rear ones... They mounted my car & took a look at it then took the time to explain & physically show me that there wasn't anything wrong with the breaking systems, & that the slight "chirping" I had been hearing was from heat & stress... They then lubed parts of the area around the front brakes, which stopped the noises... They didn't try to sell me brakes or pads, when I didn't need them,... They didn't try to up sell me or rip me off with rotors or that there was an issue with my brake fluid,... They took the time to mount my car & honestly do their job right,... But then they took the extra time to explain the issue to me & physically show me where the sound had been emanating from,... They also solved the issue without costing me anything,... Maybe because I was a repeat customer, maybe just because I lived around the neighborhood according to my license, maybe because they knew that would make me come back to them in the future... Whatever reason it felt like old-fashioned 1980's service in 2017! I highly recommend you check them out if you need your vehicle serviced!

My experience was an unpleasant one. I had my car wheel-aligned by them which was supposedly a quick and simple service.. but guess what, they literally took it longer than 4 hours to get it done...Apparently, they were understaffed, I only saw 3 mechanics working the area and only 1 of them is their designated alignment guy. I also observed that they’re not exhibiting any sense of urgency. To simply break it down with timeframe: 2:00pm - car dropped off while waiting in designated waiting area 3:30pm - they finally took my car in the alignment machine and expecting to get it done 15 to 20min tops. 4:15pm - the alignment mechanic test drove my car and upon coming back only to find out my car is pulling left and drove in to the alignment machine again for the 2nd time. 4:35pm - re alignment done and switched front tires from left to right and from right to left... then test drove 4:45pm - came back and said my car is good to go and I paid the bill then drove off only to find out that they failed to provide me a copy of the alignment results. Hence I turned around and went back. 4:50pm - I demanded for a copy of the alignment results of my car... and female manager/owner said that they dont usually print-out the alignment results because printer ink is expensive... I was like what?!?!? Then how would I know if I get a good proof of my alignment done?.. she offered to re calibrate my car on the alignment machine and take a picture myself instead... then i was like okay... but we had to wait for the alignment mechanic to come back from test driving another customer’s car.. 5:00pm - alignment mechanic came back and also exclaimed that “sorry our printer is not working for alignment results print-out” upon taking a picture of alignment screen display... other mechanic tried to print a copy of the alignment results and it did print out but only gave me a black and white copy not a colored one.... 5:30pm finally drove off and I immediately learned that my alignment was STILL OFF... now even though im driving straight ahead my wheel looks like its pointing slightly to the right!... I got ripped off for a simple alignment service with unsatisfactory results!!! Never again...

Called up for a quote on replacement brake pads & rotors, spoke with Dave/David... He put me in the computer & scheduled an appointment... Came to the the shop & dropped off my car with Liz,... They called me when it was all done with no surprises &/or extra bullsh!t!!! They were fast, friendly, & did good work despite being very busy!!!
