Purchased vehicle for my teen brought it to Mavis very glad I did because the dealer did not do a wheel alignment, break n steering wheel flush or change the air filter. Very convenient to be open on Sunday. Great staff.

Terrible!! Took my car in for alignment and tire balancing. They returned my car like everything was done and i had to take the car back because it was not balanced properly. They then told me that the wheels were bent so they didnt have to balance them. Took them to another shop and they were not bent just badly balanced. The car is now driving great!!!

Hit something in the road and got a flat. Towed car to Mavis in Fair Lawn because I expected to have to replace rear tires, which I did. Not the most beautiful location, but they are friendly and don't upsell, and their prices are generally quite competitive. Expected to take the whole day given that they had to order my preferred tires. They finished before 1 pm. I'm very happy and will come back in the future.

Claims on their website they can beat any price. When I went there to get some quotes, they couldn't get near the price I paid for a pair of Kumho tires from Simple Tire, claiming there were other fees I would probably pay. Nope! Paid $90 each, free shipping, and cheaper to balance and mount at a local mom and pop shop.

Slow. But friendly staff and management. Prices roughly the same as all the other shops.... perhaps a bit more for some services. I don't personally like trying to be upsold when I make it clear what I am there for and what specifically I want to pay to have done.. but I was... and that was unprofessional in my opinion. All I wanted done was to have the guys put four tires, that I purchased elsewhere, on my wife's car. Period. It cost me about $100 and took almost 2 hours... I was the only customer there.. and there was maybe 2 other vehicles in the bays before I arrived. It was a weekend, about 10am... I expected more. For tires, consider the two tire shops around the corner from this place instead... both of them on maple ave... one at the end of Henderson and the other is inside the garage of the gas station next to Stosh craft beer bar. Not the worst experience.... but I was surprised how slow the service was and how much a got charged.
