If I could give these guys 0 stars it would b more fitting. They sent two guys over to clean my ducts and carpets. The carpets they did fine. As for the ducts, I was told by two certified technicians that I should take this guy to court. Not only were my ducts not even cleaned, they left my furnace coils uncleaned which is a fire hazard and the trunk they did go in improperly sealed. And replaced my new air filter with a piece of crap taped up one and left the back of the furnace OPEN. Their manager argued with me on the phone, yelled at me and told me my inspectors (chimney sweep of 15 yrs and HVAC EXPERT) were wrong and still charged me 250 bucks to damage my house and clean NOTHING. He lied and told me they guys were certified technicians which they were NOT. THEY ADMITTED TO HAVING ONLY TWODAYS OF TRAINING! They seemed like really nice guys they said they had repeatedly asked for more training and equipment. The problem here is the owner/management. What happened to the customer is always right? He said they don't "do" older homes. Would've saved me a whole day of stess and a lot of grief if he'd even asked me the age of my home when I made the appt. What a crook! Beware!!! Thank God my chimney sweep came over right away and I was having plumbing fixed so that I was able to find out how Id been duped! I worry aout all the homes they ve visited where the owners are not aware of what is afoot.
