Horrible service.  Max provided a quote, took credit card information, asked if I wanted him to put coverage into place that day.  I said yes and waited, but I received no confirmation or binder so that I could cancel my existing insurance.  After two days, I called to find he had left on vacation.  I spoke to his assistant, who said there was some issue with my auto policy that she was unable to explain or address.  I asked that Max call first thing Monday upon his return; he did not.  I wrote him and called him and left a message; no reply.  I will take my business elsewhere because my experience with this agent was unacceptable and I was scammed. On top of the inconsistency with communication Max James stole $628.74 from me which was never returned. Please be careful with this guy, he is a slickster.

I want to take a moment to thank Max James State Farm Angency for the incredible service that I recived from his office. The ladies in the office took great care of me durring my claim process and held my hand through each and every step. They were very warm and accommodating. The claims rep called enterprise and got me in to a rental car with in 30mins. I was so impressed as to how prompt and efficient everyone was helping me because I wasn't sure as to what to expect. I had a very positive experience. Now I truly see why State Farm uses the slogan like a good neighbor State Farm is there. They were truly there in my time of need. DOCTORS SAVES LIVES AND STATE FARM INSURANCE AGENTS SAVE LIFESTYLES. Thanks again Max James State Farm Agency.

service is not great at all. only going with them as they were the only people who agreed to insure me due to my parents having a prior account with them. seriously, bad costumer service I wouldn't go with them if you have other options.

I have been with Max James for several years and I must say they have turned out to be the absolutely worst. The staff is very unprofessional. I have been waiting for a return call for 2 days, and since they have the caller ID they recognize my number so they are not picking up not knowing or caring what my concerns or issue maybe. I WOULD NEVER REFER  ANYONE TO THEM EVER!!!!!

This agency is like no other.
He has been my insurance agent for over 20yrs. His air of professionalism is superb and his attention to detail is like no other in the industry.
Visit him, you will be glad you did.
