This company I have used about 3 times so far they are always late but at least they do show up but still doesn't void out the fact that I'm always late to work

really wish i could give the cab driver 0 stars!! Horrible, horible driver! do not use this company for any reason

Horrible customer service.  They acted like they didn't need my services but I was on a tight schedule so I decided to use them anyways.  Never even showed up!!!! Ridiculous!  My bf had to call lucky cabs instead and barely made his flight.  Never have I ever hated something so much.

Wow, 0/3 again.  A group of friends went from the District to the closest edge of Bettendorf (just a few blocks up the hill from Isle of Capri) and it was over $50.  Are you kidding me!?  We were trying to be responsible, in town for a wedding and obviously none of us wanted to drink and drive but REALLY!?  We dropped a friend off at the Blackhawk, he paid $20, then a couple of friends at Isle of Capri and they paid $7, then, honestly 0.5 miles up the hill later it was still $33.  HOW!?  6 miles we had traveled.  There were 7 of us total.  We dropped 1 at the first location, 2 at the second and the final 4 at the last, totaling in 6 miles.  How did it cost us $60??????  What a flipping rip off.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Unreliable and rude.  Don't depend on them for a ride...depend on them to lie to you and not show up.
