CALLED REPEATEDLY FOR SIMPLE QUESTION REGARDING HOW TO REPLACE PUMP IN POND AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS.  PAST WARRANTY, NOT AS IF I AM SEEKING FREE ASSISTANCE.  I SIMPLY HAD A QUESTION.  SO MUCH FOR "FRIENDSHIP" THAT THEY TRY TO SELL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ON.  I SPENT $10K AND I AM NOW NOT EVEN WORTH A RETURN CALL.  AS ANOTHER REVIEW ON ANOTHER FORM STATED " RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS OUTFIT."  NOT WORTH ONE STAR.
