I go to Maxwell Park several times a week, year round. It is very pretty with the old growth trees, and landscaping. There is a huge creek with more rustic areas to explore as well as well lit paths in front part of the park. I take my dog for walks and when I go late, I can let her run off leash, if nobody else is around so she can get her exercise. I've taken some beautiful photo's of the area both day and night.

Amazing place super fun one of the sonoma county regonal parks. Unfortunatly at night a large amount of homeless and gang activity in the back towards the bridge, however during the day those people seem to leave.
