I have rented from Maxx Self Storage since April, and I have been very happy with this company. The building is in great shape. I have been to other storage units where the doors don't roll right or they are hard to lock, and this is not the case at Maxx. Joe and Holly are very helpful, and they have answered my questions  and assisted every time I needed something including when I needed to switch units over a weekend. I would recommend using Maxx Self Storage for any of your rental storage needs.

Stopped at Maxx Self Storage on a whim yesterday, without a reservation. The employees were inviting and helpful in finding the right sized storage unit I needed to unload my 16' moving truck. The whole process was quick and painless, I was moved into my unit within a matter of minutes! The facilities are clean, modern, and secure. The pricing is also comparable to local storage facilities on top of running a "first month free" special on certain units. I'd definitely recommend this facility to friends and family!

They were very responsive to a same-day request to rent a space for vehicle storage, and very nice.  The quality of the storage area, and the access to the garage are well maintained, and there is plenty of room outside of the garage door to get a vehicle lined up when going into the garage.

We started working with Holly and Joe six weeks prior to our move.  What a pleasure!  Both gave referrals for our miscellaneous needs and helped us strategize how best to store our large shipment, complete with golf cart, coming from California to Michigan.  Holly supplied us with numerous pictures of possible storage units and pricing to select our best option.  In addition to the complexities surrounding a cross country move, we also needed to coordinate with Holly for a representative of our choosing to greet the shipment on our behalf.  Delivery went like clockwork thanks to all concerned.    However, once we arrived in Michigan and realized there was no room to access our belongings safely, Holly went into action once again and found us an additional unit in close proximity.  The level of customer service we received from both Holly and Joe was truly refreshing and we would recommend this location of Maxx Self Storage to our friends and family.

I've used Maxx's Storage twice for storage units and multiple times for renting U-Haul trucks. Every time it has been a pleasure! Joe is helpful, friendly and makes the process a breeze!
