May Nails is extremely rude to new customers. I want to explain the experience that I had with my daughter and niece in May Nails. When we arrived one of the workers greeted us as if we were bothering them. All of us wanted to get our nails done and it was my 8-year-old daughters first time doing a pedicure and she was nervous about it. I told the lady that it was her first time and as soon as she started my daughter flinched and the worker was impatient turned around and said “she doesn’t want to do it.” She wasn’t kind or nice or tried to tell my daughter about how it was going to be but was very impatient. After the remark, immediately she went over to a different person and started working on them. My daughter started crying because she wanted to get her feet done but they refused to do it. No one in May Nails wanted to help her. I would have left but my niece was getting her nails done at that time. 

My 12-year-old niece was supposed to get her nails done with a full design on every nail for an upcharge of $5.00 for the design. After they did the flower on one finger, the worker stated that they couldn’t do the design on every finger because her fingernails were too short (they did the flower on the pinky and turned out good) and they refused to do the rest. At Checkout, they charged an extra $5.00 for the design even though they didn’t do the full design set. After I paid, they demanded a tip. Because of how rude they were to my 8-year-old and to us in general they didn’t get a tip. TIPS = To Insure Proper Service. We did NOT get the proper service.

I don’t know where the good reviews come from (they could have made them up themselves) but my experience in this salon was horrible. I will never go back to them. They lost a customer for life. I would not recommend any person to go to this salon, pick a different one for your sake and others.

I went in to get a fill because my normal girl was out of town. After telling me three different prices for my fill $33, $40, $35 they finally got me in a chair and I still was unsure on what is was going to cost me. The entire time I was trying to make conversation and the girl was SO RUDE would not even answer me, and if she did it was one word and wouldn't even look at me. I know it wasn't her English because she was speaking English to me when I got there. She was rough with my hands, and literally CUT two of my fingers. Then at one point I touched my phone and she said "you can not look at your phone for ten minutes" which was so unprofessional and rude! Then before she applied the color she asked for my money, in which I tipped her 20% because it was so awkward. Then thinking maybe that would change her attitude, I tried to make conversation again, and still, rude!! So then I just stopped talking. I left with gel cured to my skin, and stinging cuts. Also. My husband came and tried talking to her and she was equally as unprofessional and rude to him. I finally said out loud "I don't think she wants to talk." It was a terrible experience and I won't be returning! Oh! And my nails don't even look that great, they're all shaped differently so that's cool. 👍🏼

I've been coming to May Nails for 6 months now! They are open on Sunday. Their delux pedicure is only $35 and their techs are always courteous and professional! I will mever break up with May Nails!

Absolutely loved my manicure with gel. They were quick to attend and greet, amazing service at such a great price. I have not had a better experience anywhere else!

Great service. The lady that did my nails paid attention to small little details and made sure i was super comfortable and relaxed for the whole pedicure.
