Hands down the most reliable and affordable plumbing company in NE Ohio.  They respond quickly, do some of the best work around and actually care about customer service.  You cannot go wrong using them.

Prefer using local businesses but timing was bad. Unfortunately I called late on Friday, they offered to come Sat. morning. Arrived at 2:30 said I had old water tank needed replaced and left. He called Monday with quote of $1700.00 to install. NO WAY. Called another plumber who said job would be $5-700.00 and when checking  found out just had dirty fuel sensor  and did not need new tank at all. Other company fixed it in TEN MINUTES.  What a rape of the community NEVER would recommend this company who so eagerly wanted to take advantage of a customer. This $1700.00 tank should self install and be lifetime guarantee. TERRIBLE..

We needed our water line replaced on a bitterly cold, snowy day in late January.  Dave Mayes and his crew came out early the next day, and overcame some unusual obstacles to do a thoroughly professional job including cleanup.  We would recommend them without hesitation.
