Been here for about a year, while my wife's father lived here in the years immediately prior to us, and we stayed at his place many times. Management and maintenance is incredibly responsive and effective. The apartments themselves are pretty nice. No pest problem at all, besides the occasional spider. Our AC stopped working a couple times but maintenance fixed it instantaneously. Very beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood - within a couple miles of many stores. Great place to walk around. Always parking available, even if by nighttime you can't always get a space 15 feet from the door. Have never once heard noise through the walls from other apartments, but if you don't live on the top floor, you might have to get used to frequent and loud floor squeaking from the unit above you. It was quite annoying at first but it quickly became background noise. I lived in an awful apartment before this one, so this place is truly choice for the price ($1050 for 1 bed 1 bath).

My husband and I were denied because of his previous traffic violations that were ALL DISMISSED! He pled guilty to NONE of the violations other than red light/speed camera tickets. If he were in fact charged with any criminal traffic violations than I would be less inclined to believe we were denied due to discrimination. We were denied during the time frame of the Baltimore rioting. My husband works in the law enforcement field and absolutely cannot work in that field with any type of criminal history. We provided them with FEDERAL AND STATE background checks performed earlier that month. DO NOT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE BLONDE HAIR AND BLUE EYES OR YOU WANT TO RENT FROM PEOPLE THAT JUDGE OTHERS BY THEIR SKIN TONE AND NOT CREDIT, RENTAL HISTORY AND INCOME!

This place is right next to interstate 83 and is very noisy, especially during the evening. This is while indoor. Other than that the maintenance and upkeep of the apt is getting better. Only thing they could do more is keep better care of the laundry room. Since the washers are front loading washers,  black sludge builds up in the rubber lining and smells awful.

I stayed this community for 12 months. I did not find any single issue. Very nice community. Leasing office staffs are helpful all time. Maintenance request resolved same day. Safe and quiet. Free washer and drier with latest equipment.  I would 100% recommend this community.
