Employee #1 didn't know how to make a Blizzard. When I got it, I could not find any topping, so I dug, still nothing. I brought it back up to the counter and told Employee #2 about it, she tried to fix it but Employee #1 and her colleagues all told her that because I had taken a bite there was nothing they could do. I couldn't believe it when she handed it back to me. I said "really!?", threw it away and left. A member of my party went back up to the counter and explained the situation, apparently had to provide the instructions "either give him his money back or make him a new one" twice before they made a new one, but by that time I was more than pissed off and waiting in my car outside. I carried the new one (which appeared to have been made much better) back inside and left it on the counter. Won't be back.

Usually go here and all is good. Just don't expect the to open on stupid bowl sunday evening. They were in there but had sign on door closing early for football. Door was locked and no Ice Cream today. 6:10 pm
