Loved the food. Exceptionally friendly and polite staff. All the food was delicious and fresh. The sauces were just right. Thanks for a lovely evening. I think we have found our new favourite Afghan restaurant. Highly recommended!!!
I've never eaten middle eastern food before, that was my first and absolutely not my last. Food is so good it's unreal. Guys behind the counter were so nice, place was so clean and aesthetically pleasing, food was hot when I picked it up, couldn't get any better. Food was not at all expensive and it was an easy in and out I ordered takeout. I will be back very soon. 10/10 experience. New favorite place to eat. Parking: Huge parking lot out front of the plaza. Wheelchair accessibility: You can definitely get in and out in a wheelchair.
This review is overdue, I have been going to them since they opened and I’m so delighted they did. I usually order the salmon with their special rice and I just can’t get enough. Back in August, I ordered for catering and all of my guests were so impressed. I ordered a variety of dishes including salads and desserts. This is a definite go to spot and I highly recommend.
I travel to New York very often and try many good restaurants. This is the most authentic tasty food I have had in many years. The place is very clean and the plates are freshly made to order. Great customer service and very reasonable prices.
Very unique! This place brings something very new and amazing to the area. The flavors were incredible, highly recommended if you like middle eastern or Indian and are looking to try something very authentic.
The gentleman behind the counter was extremely Pleasant and helpful. The food was tasty my big disappointment were the portion sizes. Did a few different dishes all of the portions were underwhelming in size, the pumpkin dish had 4 small bites of pumpkin.
Incredible ! Best basmati rice ever ! Appetizers were all delicious. Although I would save the pumpkin turnover for dessert next time, lol. The salmon, and kubideh kebabs melt in your mouth. Very kind staff. Definitely trying more !Food: 5/5
On a random off night from work, I decided to try this place out since it was relatively new. The 2 employees there greeted me with enthusiasm and were incredibly nice. I ordered the Mantoo, which was delicious, but the mixed platter was really the greatest part of the meal. This is a great secret spot in Tappan
Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. We had a big order with different dishes. My favorite was the mixed platter with kabuli pulao rice. Hope this place picks up more customers soon!
What a happy introduction to Afghan food! There are a fair number of kebab restaurants in our area, but Mazadore Kebab holds its own. My mom had the chicken, I had the lamb, and both were delicious and tender. The Kabuli Palow felt life-changing—I've never had such fragrant rice that captured my attention as much as the kebabs themselves. The food is good, the prices are affordable, the space is clean, and the owners are courteous. I hope this place stays in business for a long time.
